Addressing the different reading phases
I promised you above in the USPs to explain why these are so important. One of the reasons is the different reading phases. When your potential customer finds your online shop for the first time, they don't read your texts straight away. First, they skim it briefly. An unconscious process. Now they get the feeling that your shop is relevant.
Now the second phase begins. He scans the headlines. Suddenly he notices text highlights. He starts to read. He stays on your shop. Your shop has passed the reading phase. That's why speaking headlines and USP bars are so important.
Do you know the story of ThemeWare®?
We were a web agency (specialised in sales promotion, of course) and had become quite tired of the day-to-day business over the years. Thomas always had the vision to develop a customisable theme. Due to a customer request, we came into contact with Shopware for the first time.
For Thomas, it was clear: it should be a customisable Shopware theme. And I just love making other people really successful. And so ThemeWare® was born. Thomas' job was to develop the best theme. My job is to make sure it makes our clients really successful.

Why don't we just offer a Shopware theme? Because that would bore us. We love the success of ThemeWare® because it comes from making people like you and your shop successful with our work.
This is the real reason why we are passionate about making ThemeWare® better and better. That's the real reason why you also get a really good Shopping Experience from us, why we create numerous video tutorials and online courses for you and why we give them to you as a gift. In recent years, we have discovered the following formula for ourselves: Your success = theme + material + knowledge + keep going
And the brilliant thing is that this works for you, whether you are a beginner, professional, entrepreneur, agency, freelancer or service provider. Why do I know this so well? We started out as beginners ourselves, then became freelancers and are now entrepreneurs, an agency and a service provider ;-)
Storytelling and speech patterns
People love stories. There are many ways to tell them. The most important thing is that you tell a story at all. The more you let people look into your heart – that is, your feelings – the more emotional and touching the story becomes.
Also try to write short and simple sentences. To make it easier for the reader to immerse themselves in the story, you should tell it in the present tense. You can do this with the following introduction, for example: "It's an early Wednesday morning in May 2020. Thorsten is writing the texts for the Shopping Experiences." Also try to create images. "The sun is rising outside. Individual rays of sunlight shine on the brown desk top. His motivation is clear. He wants to inspire with these texts. To inspire shop owners. So that they sell better with their Shopping Experience."
